a thought to ponder...
An old woman got into the bus I was in yesterday...when her stop came, she turned to the driver and said with a big smile,"Thank you very much indeed,Driver!"
I could tell that they were not just words but she really really meant it.
As a matter of habit, or maybe expected etiquette, people do say 'thank you' or 'please'.
How does one go a step beyond and really mean when they say 'thank you'?

I love this post! I am someone who tends to worry a lot and focus on the negative. To become someone who is positive and always grateful and to give joy to the world is my goal.
The group Alcoholics Anonymous has a saying "Fake it to Make It." I wonder if that might be one possible answer to your question.
Thank you for your great blog!
That could be one way I guess,
faking it to put it in your actions as a subconscious habit...
perhaps if one tries to mean well continuously, one starts meaning well automatically.
hmnn...
